The Warrior Cuff
The center stone in this bracelet is the first piece of turquoise I ever set in a piece of silver. Because this stone was chosen on the day I learned I had it in me to become a Silversmith, the piece I built out of it that day wasn’t really my style - it was my teacher’s style. Years of thought, experimentation, failure, and triumph are in this cuff. I carefully removed the stone from its original mount, and created this one for it instead. It’s the most powerful piece I’ve made to this date.
