Legendary Explorer Backpack
I built this backpack from my favorite leather, an Old Towne pull-up, that changes colors in the creases and bends. It *starts out* looking almost antiqued, and ages beautifully. The straps, gussets, and interior pocket are a black tactical leather to hold up to wear and tear. All the hardware is solid brass, and I opted for roller bars on the buckles to make getting in and out of the pockets easier.
Every piece of leather was cut by hand, and every hole punched individually. The edges of each piece were then carefully painted with a base coat, a layer of purple edge paint, and lightly sanded down before the final layer of edge paint was applied. Lastly, of course, it's hand stitched with purple Ritza Tiger thread.
Base price: $575 - listed price ($660) includes AR sales tax and approximate cost of priority shipping, tracking, and insurance.
